Molly K. O'Brien received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996 from Michigan State University, James Madison College, where she majored in political science. While attending Michigan State, she served as a Legal Advocate for the Council Against Domestic Assault in East Lansing, Michigan.
She went on to attend Whittier Law School where she was an active member of both the Moot Court Honors Board and Trial Advocacy Honors Board, competing in national appellate and trial competitions. In addition, she served on the Executive Boards of the Student Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. While at Whittier, she earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing and was a Teaching Assistant in the Legal Writing Department.
Ms. O'Brien joined the firm in 2004 and is currently working on all phases of mass tort litigation in the firm's pharmaceutical division.
Ms. O'Brien is admitted to the California Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, the Orange County Bar Association and the Celtic Bar Association of Orange County.
While not at work, Ms. O'Brien has completed 3 marathons and volunteers as a mentor for Team in Training, a part of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She also enjoys volunteering with the Down Syndrome Association of Orange County and the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County.
